What can Counselling help with?

Many people come to my counselling practice knowing that something isn’t right for them. They may feel angry, sad, anxious or scared and don’t know how to deal with the feelings they are experiencing.

Counselling can help you explore your thoughts and feelings and help facilitate change to how you think and feel and behave. The types of issues I am able to help you with include:

  • Bereavement and Loss
  • Loneliness
  • Stress and Anxiety
  • Personal Development
  • Low self esteem
  • Workplace issues
  • Disability
  • Communication problems

My Practice

I work using the Person Centred Approach and integrate concepts from Transactional Analysis

I provide a safe and confidential environment where you can talk through the problems you are experiencing and which are making life difficult for you.

I believe people have the ability to find their own way through life but on occasions need some support and nurture to find that way.

Counselling can also help in learning about ourselves and what makes us tick.
